Alec Newman said he would happily return to Crimson Desert‘s Kliff for as long as Pearl Abyss wanted him back. In a Fall Damage interview on YouTube, the actor said, “If they asked me, I’d happily record Kliff forever.”
He also singled out Kliff’s ties to Oongka and Damiane, saying those relationships had real depth and still had room to grow. In his view, the bond between Kliff and Oongka was one of the richest parts of the performance, helped by the history the two characters already share.
That lines up with how much story space Crimson Desert gives Pearl Abyss to work with. The studio has kept building on the game through updates and patches, including Version 1.06.00, which added Extraction, Special Mounts, and Night Tone Mode.
With side characters like Matthias, Oongka, and Damiane still on the board, a bigger story pass later on would not feel out of place. Newman’s comments make it clear he would be along for the ride if Pearl Abyss calls again.
