Modern Warfare has no political intentions according to Infinity Ward

Modern Warfare isn’t a political game, nor will be, says the developer Infinity Ward. In a recent interview with Game Informer, a representative has an answer to the very peskiest question a game developer could ever receive.

Art Director, Joel Emslie from Infinity Ward has stated that this is just a unique and beautiful game, without a nibble of political intention. The intention to include a beauty to this video game comes from the realistic aspect, from which both the players and developers will have benefits in the long run.

Therefore, bringing a realistic shooter doesn’t necessarily need to incline a political connection. Also, this is not the only situation in which developers face these kinds of questions, but it’s always vital to receive a concrete answer.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is coming out on October 25th on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. After the Global Reveal, it scents a definite smell and a spectrum of robust game modes. First discovered during the Multiplayer Global Reveal, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is bound to change the shooter perspective and possibly define a new path to the genre.
