Blizzard tells Xbox players where to claim Diablo 4 Deluxe rewards
A Blizzard forum post on April 27 said the team is investigating missing in-game availability for Lord of Hatred Deluxe Edition rewards and select Platinum products on Xbox.
Diablo 4 players on Xbox who cannot claim Deluxe Edition rewards now have a workaround from Blizzard, while the studio works on a fix.
In a forum post dated April 27, 2026, Blizzard said it was investigating an issue on Xbox where the Lord of Hatred Deluxe Edition and select Platinum products were not available in-game. The company told affected players to use the official Xbox digital storefront to pick up those items for now.
Blizzard said it will aim to resolve the problem in an upcoming update, but it did not give a timeline for when the fix will land.
