It appears that Fortnite’s Polar Peak and Frozen Greasy have changed

As estimated before, something has changed in Polar Peak, but also new FrozenGreasy files have been added. This will be probably a path to transformation of the zones, as the ice started melting, and will most lead to its destruction. This phenomenon was first found within strings and later proved that the iceberg has indeed fallen.

FortTory, which is another famous Fortnite data miner has discovered the set of strings.

Later, he managed to find the IceCliff texture, which somewhat proves Polar Peaks’ remodeling. It is about time to witness the recovery of Greasy Grove. Will this be the first steps of recovery of Greasy Grove? It remains to be seen, as data miners are still digging their way through patch 9.20.

After this, FortTory has also posted an update about how the zone has changed, and how it looks now. With that being said, you can take a look at both of the images below:
