Naughty Dog may have just slipped strong insider info and despite all previous rumors of a coming series in The Last Of Us franchise, we may have just witnessed a full disclosure. Not only that The last of Us 2 release date announcement may surface, but all that may be crowned with a video trailer too.
Its first announcement came back in 2016 when Naughty Dog was basically printing issues regarding the title. Well, nowadays rumors discover almost everything. The Last of Us 2 announcement won’t be the first nor last promoted within a rumor first, for later to appear on the official scene.
There hasn’t been a single notification made by Naughty Dog, and the rumor comes from a Spanish website, Legion De Jugadores. The rumor was also followed on the Spanish Gamereactor.es, where the reveal points to an upcoming trailer.
As for any other rumor, you should be taking this with a grain of salt, as several hours since its first claim, nothing has happened. There hasn’t been expressed any official allegiance so the chances of receiving such news are withering. State of Play is going to happen in a couple of days, so we’ll have to wait until then.
