HLTV Community Awards 2025 winners, BanKs, StarLadder Budapest, ohnePixel and JTPNZ lead the fan vote
HLTV’s Community Awards for 2025 closed on December 31 and the site published the results for the community picked winners across five fan-voted categories. The vote ran in two rounds, with three finalists advancing to the second round, and only HLTV users registered before December 9 could take part.
Winners by category
Talent of the Year – James “BanKs” (42.3%); Chad “SPUNJ” Burchill (35.3%); Freya (22.4%). BanKs won the community vote for the second year running.
Event of the Year – StarLadder Budapest Major (37%); BLAST.tv Austin Major (34.2%); IEM Cologne (28.8%). The Budapest Major concluded with Vitality lifting the trophy.
Streamer of the Year – Mark “ohnePixel” Zimmermann (59.3%); Erik “fl0m” Flom (23.3%); Vadim “Evelone192” Kozakov (17.4%). ohnePixel claimed his third straight win in this category.
Creator of the Year – dima_aimbots (50.9%); NadeKing (30.1%); Virre (19%). dima_aimbots flipped the result from last year and took the top spot.
Skin of the Year – JTPNZ: AWP | Printstream (50.1%); Horameow: Glock-18 | Shinobu (32.9%); dwern: M4A4 | Full Throttle (17%). JTPNZ’s AWP Printstream captured just over half of the votes in the inaugural skin category.
The Community Awards are purely fan-driven and were added to HLTV’s awards lineup to highlight creators, talent and moments that resonated with the site’s users during the year.
