Everstone Studios released update an update for Where Winds Meet on December 10, 2025, and the patch pushed the data for a large content release slated for December 11, 2025. The files include a new zone, new events, activities, and a new boss.
The studio confirmed the following content will go live on December 11, 2025:

- Limited-time activity – Fortune Beyond Parlor (12/11/2025)
- Limited-time activity – The Great Faceologist (12/11/2025)
- Campaign: River Master (12/11/2025)
- Sect Velvet Shade (12/11/2025)
The update also laid out additional events scheduled later in December, including Sword Trial: Scarlet Shock and Hero’s Realm: Blazing Gale Dance on December 21, and a Fireworks Festival on December 30, 2025. Planned platform improvements that Everstone listed for PS5 and PC over the coming weeks include:
- Frame rate improvements
- Stability fixes
- Visual quality adjustments
- Steam Deck compatibility
- Optimized multi-timezone display
- Split outfit customization
- PS5 Pro support for PSSR (PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution)
