Embark Studios has published a 2025 roadmap for Arc Raiders that lays out two seasonal updates before the year ends, including a new map called Stella Montis in November and a Raider Deck battle pass tied to a December Cold Snap update.
The November patch, titled North Line, is billed as the first substantial balance-and-content drop. The big headline is the Stella Montis region, which appears locked on the in-game map right now but will open to expeditions as part of North Line. Expect new items, quests, and a set of map conditions that change how raids play out.
North Line also adds two new Arc enemy types, the Matriarch and the Shredder, which the roadmap lists alongside the map. If their names sound like trouble, that is intentional.
December brings the Cold Snap update, which adds a snowfall map condition, a community event called “Flickering Flames,” and the Raider Deck battle pass for new cosmetics. The roadmap frames these community events as themed activities tied to seasonal updates, though specifics on event objectives are still light.
Embark is also promising ongoing additions through the rest of the year, including more map conditions, feats, trials, cosmetics, and quality of life changes. Embark’s roadmap has been posted on the game’s official site and is the current guide for the studio’s near-term plans; the team thanked players and said it will continue refining the game with community feedback.
