Heads up, Fellows. Fellowship will go into maintenance on October 30, 2025 at 7:00 AM CET so the team can push a major patch and flip the switch on the game’s first Halloween event, the Haunting of Stronghold. Weekly maintenance will now occur at 7:00 AM CET every Thursday.
The maintenance window will take servers offline while the patch is applied. The patch is set to go live immediately after maintenance finishes. Patch Notes – October 30, 2025 Patch
Fellowship Limited Event: The Haunting of Stronghold
(30th October – 13th November)
Limited Halloween cosmetics are earnable through in-game activities until November 13. The event was born out of a small art-side experiment and expanded into a full event to thank players for their support during early access.
Updated Buff Tracking – Part 1
The team has started iterating on buff and debuff tracking. This update adds interim improvements while the fully customizable buff/debuff system is developed.
- Important Hero Buff-bar – A new UI bar that only tracks buffs from hero abilities and talents. It is movable and scalable separately from the normal Buff bar. The bar currently tracks a curated preset list of hero buffs and removes those from the normal Buff bar to reduce clutter. More control for weapon trait buffs, gem procs and other buffs is planned for future builds.
- Buff/Debuff “Growth Direction” setting – Added an option for all three bars (Buffs, Debuffs, Important Hero Buffs) so you can choose growth left, right, up, down, or from the center.
- Active Ability Timer – Adds a yellow frame around abilities that have an active duration to show remaining time. Implemented for a selection of abilities with the most tracking feedback:

NEW – The ‘Haunting of Stronghold’ Event
Ancient spirits haunt the Stronghold and bring spooky goods.
- Updated the Stronghold music, emitters, and ambience.
- Updated Stronghold Loading Screen.
- Added the ‘Caretaker of Fallen Heroes’ NPC Vendor to the Stronghold with a slew of new cosmetics. Play 10 Dungeons of any difficulty with a hero to unlock their Halloween skin.

General Fixes
- Disabled Steam Profile pictures to prevent inappropriate images in-game. Custom portrait pictures are planned for a future update.
- Added additional information to AntiCheat to better identify false positives.
- Fixed erratic positional correction when dashing with high ping.
- Fixed invisible combo point UI when swapping to Meiko from another hero.
- Fixed Chicken auto-attacks being listed incorrectly in the Combat Log; they now appear as [Attack].
- Fixed various spelling and translation typos.
- Updated Elarion’s camera offset.
- General VFX performance improvements.
- Added additional Loading Screen tips.
UI
HUD
- NEW – Added an Active Ability Timer for abilities with durations, showing remaining time as a yellow frame on the ability button. Currently implemented for:
- Sylvie’s [Life Petal], [Heart Bloom], and [Safe Haven].
- Elarion’s [Starfall Volley].
- Meiko’s [Twin Souls: Bulwark].
- More abilities will be added in future builds.
- NEW – Added an Important Hero Buffs-bar. Always enabled and movable via UI Edit mode. Shows hero-specific high importance buffs.
- NEW – Added four grow directions for buff/debuff elements on the HUD: up, down, vertically-centered, horizontally-centered.
- Updated Death Recap to show a more complete, scrollable history of last damage events. Healing and absorb events will be added in a future update.
- Nameplates of Interrupt Marked/Focus Targets now show threat color warnings.
- Added UI option to set scale/width for the ‘target-of-target’ unit frame.
- Fixed debug widgets visible in the UI Edit tool.
- Fixed show/hide cloak, shoulder, and head slots not saving correctly on restart.

Screens
- Added Maintenance Window information to the Login flow.
- Fixed missing background on the Rewards screen for ultrawide monitors.
- Fixed crash in the Stable when switching between mounts too quickly.
- Fixed issue where no mount was selected causing default information to be shown.
- Updated Leaderboard appearance to better fit text.
- Updated arrows on multi-page screens for clarity.
PROGRESSION
Items
- Ardeos and Rime can now also get the Saltwash Elixir relic.
- [Torment of Bael’Aurum], the 2 set bonus from Wraithtide Vault, will no longer trigger more than once per cooldown.
- [Torment of Bael’Aurum] now displays a debuff on the player once it triggers to help track its cooldown.
Weapons
- Improved logic for [Fated Strike] charge to make it more reliable.
Gems
- Fixed visual issue where Amethyst 1-6 powers appeared to give a permanent benefit instead of conditionally applying only when the target was above 50% health.
Rewards
- Increased [Gold] rewarded for Contender dungeons by 72% to 30% (largest increase for the lowest difficulties).
- Increased [Gold] rewarded for Adept 1,2, 3, and 4 by 24% to 9% (largest increase for the lowest difficulties).
- Slightly reduced [Materia] rewards for dungeons across all difficulties.
- Increased [Magic Essence] rewards for all dungeons across all difficulties.
- Increased rate at which [Magic Essence] drops are increased in Eternal to make higher difficulty Eternal runs more rewarding.
- Increased chance for [Marks of Fellowship] to drop in Eternal to 50% (was 15%).
- Increased chance for [Supplies] to drop in Eternal to 35% (was 25%).
- Increased chance for [Socketed Items] to drop in Eternal +5 and above.
- Increased chance for [Empowered Socketed Items] (35% gem power bonus socket) to drop in Eternal +3 and above substantially.
- Eternal 10 now has a three times higher chance to drop [Empowered Socketed Items].

HEROES
Elarion
- [Celestial Shot] damage increased by 20%.
- [Highwind Arrow] damage increased by 20%.
- [Heartseeker Barrage] damage increased by 15%.
- Ricochets now have 50% of the power of the initial hit for both [Heartseeker Barrage] and [Highwind Arrow].
- [Resurgent Winds] proc now stacks up to 2 times.
- Fixed issue causing [Resurgent Winds] to only apply the 50% damage bonus on the first ricochet when [Lunarlight Mark] was active.
- Fixed issue with [Resurgent Winds] talent and correct application timing for [Highwind Arrow].
- Shimmering Silver Cape (Legendary) – [Shimmer] duration increased to 9 seconds (was 5 seconds).
- Chain of Starstriker’s Ascent (Legendary) – [Skystriker’s Ascent] will no longer affect [Highwind Arrows] that are mid-flight; it affects arrows fired after gaining the buff.
- [Starfall Volley] active duration now indicated on the ability button via a yellow frame.
- Fixed visual issue with [Disrupt] where impact effect appeared as a grey box.
Meiko
- Damage of most Meiko hero abilities increased by 25%, except specifically listed abilities.
- [Stone Stomp] unchanged.
- [Twin Souls: Army of One] damage reduced by 30%.
- [Stonefist Barrage] damage increased by 110% (includes correction for a prior patch issue).
- [Lashing Stormkick] damage increased by 87.5%.
- [Stonefist Barrage] and [Lashing Stormkick] now heal Meiko for 100% of damage dealt (down from 200%).
- Spirited Vortex damage increased by 35%.
- Fixed issue causing [Serenity] to heal for 0 when cast without charges.
- [Twin Souls: Bulwark] now visually displays the duration of the [Sibling of Earth] on the ability button as a yellow frame.
- Fixed issue with [Unwavering Spirit] that could cause infinite Armor growth.
- [Perfect Storm] extra [Lashing Stormkick] now has 60% of the power of the initial kick (was 50%).
- [Peacefield] healing reduced to 30% of [Serenity] heal value (was 40%).
- [Stoneguard] now replenishes [Stone Shield] for 10% of any self-healing you take (was 8%).
- Shattering Obelisk Drape (Legendary) – now causes the [Sibling of Earth] to accumulate 18% of all damage it takes (was 15%) and damage is reduced beyond 5 targets (was 1).
- Necklace of Tectonic Impact (Legendary) – increases final strike damage of [Stonefist Barrage] when consuming another [Earthfall] charge by 60% (was 100%).
- Boots of Everlasting Spirit (Legendary) will now always trigger its damage, even when [Everlasting Spirit] is overwritten by reapplication.
Helena
- Damage of all Helena hero abilities increased by 20%.
- Fixed issue causing Helena to sometimes reset her [Toughness] to zero.
Vigour
- Damage of all Vigour hero abilities increased by 25%.
- Fixed issue causing [Dawnflare] to not play VFX while Treads of Resplendent Dawn (Legendary) equipped.
Sylvie
- Damage of all Sylvie hero abilities increased by 25%.
- [Shroomsplosion] damage now reduced beyond 8 targets (was 5).
- [Bloomin’ Boomshrooms] now sends up to 5 Boomshrooms when casting on an ally (up from 3).
- [Life Petal], [Heartbloom], and [Safe Haven] now display durations on the ability button as a yellow frame.
Tariq
- Fixed issue preventing use of [Hammer Storm] under certain circumstances caused by [Face Breaker] when out of range or facing wrong direction.
Ardeos
- Fixed issue causing [Apocalypse] visuals to continue playing after being interrupted or canceled.
DUNGEONS
Everdawn Grove
- Added new ability [Kill Shot] to Malgut the Fetid that is used to one-shot Akari if all players are dead.
- Fixed encounter reset issue for Malgut the Fetid.
- Fixed issue where Malgut the Fetid’s [Corrupting Shot] would instantly explode when he is defeated.
- Fixed Bloodstone Goliath [Earthcore Upheaval] warning circles not disappearing when ability cancelled.
- Outrunner’s [Bola Throw] ability damage reduced by 40%.
- Removed floating bushes in the boss arena.
Sailor’s Abyss
- Fixed issue with Sinthara’s [Siren Song] that allowed movement abilities to evade the ‘mind-controlled walk off the ledge’ mechanic.
Urrak Markets
- Fixed issue where Fleshbroker Draz’hul’s [Conjure Scythe] is cast at the wrong position.
- Outrunner’s [Bola Throw] ability damage reduced by 40%.
Empyrean Sands
- Fixed duplication of a Gravebreaker Brute at the same position.
- Optimised Sandsworn Husk to reduce stuttering at dungeon start.
Silken Hollow
- Removed invisible collision causing issues in later dungeon sections.
- Vexira’s [Mother’s Milk] particles now disappear more quickly and do not bounce to improve performance.
Cithrel’s Fall
- Fixed Noor, The Betrayer’s [Betrayer’s Arrow] so it prefers not to pick the same target twice in a row.
Heart of Tuzari
- Sickle’s [Throw Dagger] damage reduced by 38%.
Wraithtide Vault
- Fixed issue where Scuttlejack Cannoneer would not lose aggro when players die and respawn.
- Scuttlejack Cannoneer’s [Shackle Shot] debuff is removed on Death.
- Optimised Saltsworn Scallywag to reduce stuttering at dungeon start.
Ransack of Drakheim
- Fixed issue where Frenzied Looter’s spawned Treasure was being destroyed by enemy collision.
KNOWN ISSUES
- Whispers do not work across different instances. A fix is in progress.
- Players have reported AFK timer still kicking while in queue. The team is working on a fix.
If the maintenance window affects your play plans, the patch brings a lot of quality of life fixes and the new event cosmetics are available for a limited time. Expect servers to be unavailable during the maintenance start time and the patch to be available as soon as the work completes.
