Ultizero Games released a small patch for Lost Soul Aside on PS5 and PC, labeled version 1.05 and issued on September 5. The update fixes the Upgrade Menu unlock bug and applies several performance and visual optimizations that affect gameplay and frame pacing.
An issue that could prevent the Upgrade Menu from unlocking has been fixed , and the menu will unlock automatically after installing the patch. No new save file is required. The download size should be small for most users.
Core gameplay adjustments include tweaks to greatsword attacks and Kaser Roll invincibility frames, NPC animation smoothing, and a new controller preset to accommodate different playstyles. Players will find weapon skill point adjustments, boss difficulty tweaks across Normal, Hard, and Nightmare, and improved VFX clarity alongside controller presets and puzzle difficulty changes that smooth progression. The auto-save logic in Chapter 4 has been enhanced, and cutscenes and credits can now be skipped at any time. Equipment timing for items sold by the weapon merchant was adjusted to better match combat pacing.
PC players receive a targeted fix for performance, framerate, and lag issues on certain Windows versions. The patch also adjusts divine gold drops in Hard and Nightmare modes to be more generous in dispersed dimension runs.
