Once Human just pushed out version 2.1.1, tackling a handful of bugs players have been dealing with since the last update. The fixes cover everything from wonky building issues to vehicle collisions, plus some UI quirks on mobile and PC. If you’ve been struggling with any of these, this patch might smooth things out a bit.
Some of the fixes are pretty straightforward, like correcting the problem where specific structures wouldn’t build properly during house construction. That alone probably saved a few players from smashing their keyboards. Vehicles also got a tune-up; they should now reliably break gatherable objects when crashing into them, which didn’t always happen before.
Mobile players got a little love, too, with a new Memetics shortcut added to the main screen in RaidZone Mode. Once you unlock it, you can jump straight into the Memetics interface without fussing around menus. Handy, right?
Other bugs fixed include display errors with icons below HP bars, issues with the Hunter’s Perk mod stacking wrongly in multiplayer, and problems with event item drops like the Gravity Crystal on custom servers. Yikes, some of those sound like real headaches.
One bizarre bug involved players logging off safely in RaidZone Mode only to get killed by nearby Pulse Traps. That isn’t kind, and thankfully, it’s fixed now. Also, Deep Dreamers in Endless Dream will finally spawn televisions correctly under all conditions, which had been hit or miss.
Mobile devices had some character appearance glitches and friends list display problems that are now sorted. Plus, some players had trouble setting parameters on custom servers, which has been addressed.
Growshrooms became more selective about picking planters that fit their size. Now they’ll automatically choose the right planter for the crop, so Meta-Humans need to have planters ready that match what they want to grow. Makes sense, though I wonder who figured out that one the hard way?
If you run into any issues, the devs want you to report them directly through the in-game menus or by email at [email protected]. They’re on it and will investigate problems as soon as they get the reports.
