Warzone and Black Ops 6 Season 5 is arriving on August 7, bringing a Battle Pass packed with new Operators, weapons, skins, and some classic map returns. If you’re into Call of Duty, this update might be just the thing to keep your loadouts fresh and your gameplay interesting.
This season brings back the classic WMD map to multiplayer, adds the final Zombies map, and reopens Verdansk’s Stadium, including the ability to destroy the roof again. It’s a nice nod to longtime fans and something to look forward to for anyone who enjoys a bit of environmental chaos.
The Battle Pass will cost 1,100 CoD Points ($9.99 / £8.39), and you’ll want to finish it before the season ends since any rewards not unlocked will disappear. If you want to jump ahead, there’s an option to pay extra or buy Tokens during the season. There’s also a BlackCell Pass available for $30 / £25.99, which includes the entire Battle Pass plus a page of exclusive rewards and an extra 1,100 CoD Points.

Wow, that’s quite a list already. The devs usually share more details closer to launch, so I’ll keep you posted when they do. It’s interesting that the Battle Pass includes some pretty flashy weapon blueprints and finishing moves, guess they want to keep things visually fresh in matches.
So, will you be picking up the BlackCell Pass or just sticking with the standard Battle Pass? There’s quite a bit to unlock, but remember, if you don’t finish the pass, some rewards vanish forever. That’s a bit harsh, but maybe it pushes you to play more?
