Heads up, Delta Force operators! On July 24, the game will receive an update that won’t interrupt gameplay or matchmaking, but it will introduce a slew of events and goodies that might keep you glued to your screen. If anything feels off after the update, just restart the game to complete it. Pretty straightforward, right?
War Events
- Marine Offering (July 25 – August 14): Swing by the Fortune Shop during this time to trade items for exclusive Blue Marine vehicle skins. Use your Naval Combat Medals to snag full vehicle appearance sets.
- War Challenge (July 25 – August 7): Special game modes will be live! Expect battlefield challenge missions like Forced: Attack and Defense, Ascension, Threshold: King of the Hill, and Blitz Mode. Rewards include Weapon Vouchers, premium and intermediate Weapon EXP Tokens, War EXP Cards (one match), and tons of Naval Combat Medals.
Operations Events
- Secret Supply Box (July 25 – 31): Every week, a Secret Supply Box will appear on the Zero Dam map. Successfully extracting it unlocks early weapon access and a special skin—Vector – Street Art among others.
- Incoming Air Drops (July 25 – 31): Air drops packed with valuable provisions will occur on every map. Don’t miss out on the high-value loot and Weapon Vouchers.
Weekly Events
- Favor of Luck (July 25 – 31): Just play Operations matches to earn random Access Card Copies and Advanced Crafting Lucky Packs.
- Weekly War Provisions (July 25 – 31): Playing matches will earn you premium and intermediate Weapon EXP Tokens as well as War EXP x2 Cards for one match.
- Weekly Operations Provisions (July 25 – 31): Match participation rewards include Standard and Elite Equipment Tickets.
- Expert’s Choice (July 25 – 31): Log in to claim your MP7 SMG, then level it up through missions to unlock more rewards like Advanced Crafting Lucky Packs, Weapon EXP Tokens, and Weapon Vouchers.
- Tekniq Alloy Shop (July 25 – 31): Limited-time shop where Quantum Keys, Weapon Vouchers, and 7-day Advanced Safe Access Keys can be purchased with Tekniq Alloys.
- Final Score (July 25 – 31): Exchange War Points for Quantum Keys and Weapon Vouchers.
Storyboard Appearance Raffle
Running July 25 to August 23, this event will be accessible via the “Events” screen under the “Others” tab. Operators can spend 10 Delta Coins or Tickets for their first draw, with subsequent draws unlocking after collecting all rewards from a round. Winning the grand prize guarantees one of three random Storyboard series weapon skins (MP7 SMG, Vityaz SMG, K416 Assault Rifle) plus all other unretrieved rewards from that round. Other prizes include Storyboard-themed charms, avatars, calling cards, spray paint, the TurBrick Ahsarah fantasy skin, Weapon Voucher packs, and premium Weapon EXP Tokens.
Bug Fixes & Optimizations
- Fixed an issue preventing the KC17 from being sold in the Auction House.
- Improved descriptions for errors or removals related to collection appearance trades.
- Enhanced descriptions for some Arknights collaboration content.
- Fixed a bug where the Sonic Trap caused assault helicopters to stay stealthy at low altitude indefinitely.
- Resolved an issue where yellow notification points in the Collection Room wouldn’t disappear.
- Fixed malfunction with operator-specific control schemes.
- Mobile-specific fix for crashes on Vivo S7 devices.
Balance Adjustments
- War Cyclone Attack and Defense Mode: Adjusted zones in sectors B, D1, and E1; removed wheeled FSV tank hunter from defenders in sector C; changed deployment position of UCB-95 assault boat attackers in sector A.
- Victorious Unit Eye of the Storm Mode: Vehicle resupply for attackers will trigger when troop strength drops below certain levels; troop requirements for resupply adjusted across sectors; penalty for leaving mid-match increased from -500 to -1000.
- King of the Hill: Increased total score required to win and boosted capture and instant capture scores for better match balance.
- PC-specific: FSV wheeled tank hunter and UCB-95 assault boat redeployment times adjusted to 120 seconds.
So yeah, quite a bit to chew on here. If you’re into Delta Force, these events and fixes will probably give you plenty to do over the next few weeks.
