The anticipation surrounding SILENT HILL f continues to build as Konami officially shares the PC system requirements for this upcoming title. A new in-engine trailer has been released along with the specs, giving fans a glimpse into what awaits them in this psychological horror experience.
SILENT HILL promises to deliver a chilling narrative against a haunting Japanese backdrop. Players will step into the shoes of Hinako, who must traverse the eerie town of Ebisugaoka. Players can expect an unsettling journey filled with tension and dread as she navigates through twisted paths, solves intricate puzzles, and faces grotesque monsters.
For those looking to run the game on their PCs, here are the minimum requirements: an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor paired with 16GB of RAM is essential. Graphics-wise, you’ll need at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 5700. This setup will allow you to play at 720p/30FPS on Performance Quality Settings. Additionally, make sure you have 50GB of free disk space available.
If you’re aiming for a more polished experience at 1080p/60FPS on Quality Settings, you’ll need an Intel Core i7-9700 or AMD Ryzen 5 5500 along with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 or AMD Radeon RX 6800XT, still keeping that same amount of RAM.
Konami has also mentioned that these specifications are tailored for native resolutions but will also support various PC upscales. While we don’t have a release date yet for SILENT HILL f, rest assured that updates will be provided as they come in.
