Forever Entertainment has announced an official remake of The House of the Dead 2, set to launch on PC in Spring 2025. This release will feature updated graphics, remastered music, and gameplay that remains true to the original title.
The remake promises a co-op mode, multiple endings, and branching levels, appealing to new players and those familiar with the classic. Players can look forward to experiencing nostalgic elements alongside modern enhancements.
To run the game, PC users will need at least an Intel i5 3570K or AMD RYZEN 3 3300X processor paired with 8GB of RAM and either an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050ti, GTX 1650, or AMD Radeon RX 570. The game requires Windows 10 and uses the DX11 API, needing approximately 7GB of free disk space.
MegaPixel Studio recommends more powerful hardware for optimal performance: an Intel i7-7700 or AMD RYZEN 5 5600X processor with 16GB of RAM and a graphics card such as NVIDIA GTX 1070 or GTX1660 Super.
