Right after BlizzCon’s Opening Ceremony, it’s good to jump straight to new excitements and possibilities Blizzard’s Games offers. Therefore, Blizzard’s CEO, Michael Morhaime has made an announcement that no one ever expected to hear. It affects StarCraft 2 as a whole new possibility for new gamers. Out of nowhere, StarCraft 2 becomes free to play on November 14.
It has been quite a journey for all the StarCraft 2 fans, and after the StarCraft remastered we kind of thought there is going to be a new StarCraft serial before this announcement came through. It was shocking indeed, hence it’s a reason why BlizzCon is one of the best events in the world when it comes to gaming.
As Michael Morhaime announced, players will receive full access to mostly everything, including the StarCraft 2 Rank Ladder. Blizzard will also improve Co-Op mode with free access to every commander in the game up to level 5.
Quite a surprising statement. There is even cooler stuff to come at this year’s BlizzCon. Therefore, stay tuned.
