Have you ever stumbled upon a hidden gem while exploring a new place? That’s exactly how I felt when I jumped into Enlisted’s latest update, “Tigers of Burma.” It’s like finding a cozy café on a bustling street, unexpected but oh-so-rewarding! With this update, players are invited to charge into battle for control over tropical coastal cities and discover what lies within the rich cultural tapestry of Burma.
Let me tell you about the stunning new location: the “Burma heartlands.” Picture ancient temples standing tall among lush greenery and deserted streets echoing stories from yesteryear. The developers have genuinely put their hearts into crafting this beautiful setting. Exploring these areas alongside your squad is not just exciting; it feels like stepping back in time.
Now, onto some juicy gameplay enhancements! This update introduces an array of late-game unlocks for every army involved. For our friends fighting under the American flag, rejoice! The T26E1-1 “Super Pershing” tank and the Hyde M1944 assault rifle are now at your disposal. Germany fans can get excited about wielding the iconic MG 42 with its hefty 100-round belt, while Soviet players will love getting their hands on the Tu-2S bomber. And let’s not forget Japan, those stealthy warriors now boast both Te-4 MG and Chi-Ri II tank options. Exciting times ahead!
Oh, but there’s more! Premium squads have expanded significantly for several armies. Imagine Chinese soldiers equipped with Thompson submachine guns or Japanese tankers rolling out with early prototypes like the Ho-Ri, just as deadly as its successors! Isn’t it fascinating how each addition opens up fresh planning? You might stumble upon a quirky tactic or two along the way!
Speaking of planning shifts, let’s talk about Rider class improvements. Now accessible through Research, all armies can enjoy increased squad sizes (up to three soldiers!). And guess what? Motorcycles aren’t just for zipping around anymore; they double as portable ammo boxes! Talk about versatility.
And if you’re feeling nostalgic or looking to relive past events, make a note: from December 18th, 2024, to January 8th, 2025, players can snag a “Silver Chest” filled with goodies from previous events!
