No Man’s Sky has received a new update titled 5.05, introducing several bug fixes and optimizations to improve gameplay and performance. Key improvements include fixing issues with the Liquidator Minotaur limbs, freighter warping, and collision on floating islands. The update also improves discovery retention amd adds support for up to 8 mouse buttons.
As it stands in the patch notes below, it also improves volumetric clouds and water visuals, and gets rid of some known game crashes. The update further optimizes cloud rendering, reflections, and VR performance. Without further ado, you can find the full patch notes below:
