Bohemia Interactive has announced that huge changes are coming to DayZ. As revealed so far, there are tons of surprises, including two updates, among which is the 1.26 Experimental update, already queued for release tomorrow.
The experimental updates always bring a lot of surprises to the game, such as new weapons, items, and other bits and pieces to the already existing loot table. Aside from that, there is going to be a hotfix release that will strengthen the stable version of the game. The hotfix 1.25 will arrive two days after the release of the 1.26 Experimental update.
The stable update will also include a console and PC character wipe, which will occur on Thursday, August 15. The official announcement about this update can be found just below:
