Today we’ve got some hot news for all you Beyond Good & Evil fans out there. The 20th Anniversary Edition is buzzing again, and this time it’s thanks to some fresh PlayStation trophies that just popped up online.
So, here’s the scoop. These trophies were spotted on Exophase, the site that tracks achievements for Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, and Epic Games Store. We’re looking at a total of 35 trophies, including a shiny Platinum one. And guess what? These trophies match the Xbox achievements that leaked back in November when the game showed up on the Xbox Store. Déjà vu, right?
The announcement was mentioned on Twitter:

The whole thing kicked off when an ESRB rating for the game dropped in August 2023. A few months later, those Xbox achievements appeared, and Ubisoft finally stepped in to confirm the 20th Anniversary Edition was in the works. They promised more news in early 2024 but since then? Crickets.
Fast-forward to now, and we were all holding our breath for an update during the Ubisoft Forward presentation at Summer Game Fest last week. But nope, not a peep. It’s kind of frustrating, but hey, the appearance of these PlayStation trophies is giving us hope that an announcement is just around the corner and with it, maybe even a release date!
