Dirt Digger is a quest given by Banshee as a response to Handshake’s demands of retrieval of a VHS from Midnight Sapphire.
Important: This quest interferes with the “Celebrity Crash” Quest. Since you have Handshake at the highest level, and I would recommend returning this quest to Banshee.
DIRT DIGGER QUEST DETAILS
I’ve been informed that you have once again been assigned to retrieve a device containing evidence of crimes committed. Like last time, I would like to ask you to bring it to me instead of your morally ambivalent superior.
People with power think they can get away with their terrible deeds, but with your help, we can bring them to justice. I want you to hand me the dirt you were sent to retrieve. I’m pretty sure it will shed light on some of the events on this island. The more we can gather, the better.

Guide
The VHS is located inside Villa Petra. Just head inside and pick up the VHS. Make sure you put it in your safe container and bring it back to one of the two traders. I’d suggest to go with Banshee because he’s selling solid armor it seems like.
