Gray Zone Warfare, the game that reminds us of Escape From Tarkov and Dayz together is coming out soon. Recently, Madfinger Games hosted a closed beta version only for VIPs, and based on the experience within the game, it promises quite a lot. Honestly, whether you like it or not, it does have a huge potential, and together with its massive open-world terrain, it has insane capabilities.
Gray Zone Warfare is a survival but also an extraction-based tactical shooter looter game with both PvE and PvP elements. As such, it aims at realism, and the developer has to throw in a couple of new and exciting features to encapsulate the power of it.
Now, if you’re reading this (if Google even allows you to find this, I mean), then I believe you’ve already experienced Escape From Tarkov or DayZ. DayZ itself has a full day-night cycle and dynamic weather, while in Tarkov, the dynamic weather system is beautiful.
Well, in Gray Zone Warfare, things will be different, as the developer will implement a full day-night cycle, similar to what DayZ has. Furthermore, it will implement a full dynamic weather because… realism. However, these features will not be available on day one. Instead, they will arrive at a later stage, as the developer confirmed on X.
The confirmation comes from a response to a question asked by another X user. Gray Zone Warfare responded: We will incorporate a day-and-night cycle and dynamic weather into the game. While these features won’t be available right at the beginning of Early Access, they’ll be integrated into GZW in the months following the initial launch.
We will incorporate a Day & Night cycle and dynamic weather into the game. While these features won't be available right at the beginning of Early Access, they'll be integrated into #GZW in the months following the initial launch. https://t.co/7x8MZMUry3
