Today, Sea of Stars developer Sabotage Studio is celebrating a new milestone. Over on X, the developer announced that Sea of Stars has managed to gather over 5 million players worldwide. For an indie title, that’s quite a tough but tasty swallow.
Sea of Stars is developed by Sabotage Studio. It pays attention to the classic RPGs of yesteryear, which include rich adventure, mystery, and a spirit of camaraderie. Since its launch and initial Kickstarter campaign, the game has gained attention.
The developer has continued working on its game, and has achieved something huge. A Dance of 5 million suns, indeed. As a celebration of this milestone, the developer has also revealed that a new game mode is coming to the game, and that is a 3-player co-op.
More info can be found on their official website.
It’s official, Sea of Stars has been played by over 5 MILLION people!!!
This milestone is surely deserving of a celebratory dance, or perhaps even, a Dance of Five Million Suns?
