Larian Studios has just rolled out the red carpet for Patch 6 for Baldur’s Gate 3, which will launch next week. This update will include new features, animations, and bug squashes.
The previous major update featured an Epilogue released several months after the game’s climax. This epilogue revealed the consequences of the player’s decisions in the game. The update also included Honour Mode, which increased the game’s difficulty by allowing only one save slot and introducing the risk of permadeath.
Recently, a new feature called Custom Mode was introduced in the game, which allows players to modify various aspects of the gameplay according to their preferences. Since then, the developers have released several hotfixes, including Hotfix 16, which made it possible to use essential quest items without carrying them, and Hotfix 17.
