Battlefield 2042 has implemented an update that tweaks the missile replenishment rate for jet aircraft. The replenishment rate has been increased from 1.4 seconds to 1.8 seconds. This change aims to moderate the airstrike frequency, which was previously faster than the developers intended.
The adjustment is a response to player feedback and gameplay data. While jets remain a potent force in the game, this change is expected to offer more strategic depth and challenge to players, especially those who rely heavily on air support.
This update is now live and is being propagated across all servers, ensuring a consistent experience for all players. It’s an example of the dynamic nature of game development, where player feedback and data analysis lead to continual refinements.
Today we have made a slight alteration to the Replenish Rate of Missiles on Jet Aircraft on #Battlefield2042
Going forward they will now replenish at a rate of 1.8 seconds (changed from 1.4).
While overall we are happy with the changes to Jets, we are witnessing airstrike… pic.twitter.com/qMcNKEULpl
