Bungie has released the latest dungeon for Destiny 2, Warlord’s Ruin. This new adventure is now live, inviting players to explore an ancient fortress brimming with challenges and rewards.
Warlord’s Ruin is a journey into the heart of a fortress overrun by the Scorn, notorious for their possession of Ahamkara artifacts. This quest ties directly into the “Season of the Wish,” continuing the narrative focused on the mysterious and powerful Ahamkara.
To access Warlord’s Ruin, players must have the Lightfall with the Annual Pass or the current year’s Dungeon Key. The Dungeon’s design stays true to a medieval fantasy theme, complete with traps ranging from perilous spikes to deceptive chests, offering a unique and engaging gameplay experience.
Players can look forward to acquiring new Legendary armor sets for each class and a range of new weapons, including an intriguing Exotic weapon yet to be revealed. One of the unique weapons highlighted is a rocket side-arm, adding a fresh dynamic to the players’ arsenal.
Warlord’s Ruin sets itself apart by being more challenging when tackled solo, as bosses come with significantly higher HP. Despite this, the Dungeon has been well-received for its concise duration, a notable contrast to the lengthier “Ghosts of the Deep,” another of this year’s Dungeons.
