Update: Meeres received the legendary, so he does the Legendary quest chain right now. You can watch it here.

In an exciting finale to the World First race for Amirdrassil, The Dream’s Hope, the third raid in the World of Warcraft: Dragonflight expansion, Echo emerged victorious. The win came after a closely contested battle with their rivals, Team Liquid, setting a new benchmark in the raiding community.

Amirdrassil, The Dream’s Hope, known for its complex mechanics and challenging bosses, culminated in an epic showdown against Fyrakk the Blazing. Both teams, Echo and Liquid, demonstrated exceptional skill and strategy, but Echo adapted swiftly to the recent 4% nerf in the boss’s HP, gaining a critical advantage.

The raid began on November 14th, with teams using various strategies, including clearing lower difficulties to gear up. The competition was intense, with both Echo and Liquid neck and neck throughout the event.

Both teams encountered obstacles such as unexpected wipes and game hotfixes. Blizzard intervened to address exploited controversies and ensure fair play, preserving the competition’s integrity.

This World First race was more than a competition. It was a celebration of the WoW community’s passion. Fans around the globe followed the event closely, sharing in the highs and lows of the race.

With Echo’s victory, the focus now shifts to future challenges and a competitive WoW raiding landscape. Congratulations to Echo for the insane run!
