Other notable mentions include “A Highland Song,” a narrative-driven platformer set in the Scottish Highlands, launching on December 5. “Backpack Hero,” a deck-building roguelike, and “Howl,” a turn-based tactical game with a unique art style, both make their debut later today.
The showcase also introduced “Blade Chimera,” a 2D action game set in a dystopian Osaka, and “Death Trick: Double Blind,” a detective visual novel, both launching as console exclusives in spring and 2024, respectively.
Fans of puzzle adventures can look forward to “The Star Named EOS,” a first-person storytelling experience exploring the theme of photography, set for a spring 2024 release. “Moonstone Island” combines creature-collecting with a life sim, offering an engaging sky exploration experience, also slated for a spring 2024 release.
