Xbox is running a Free Play Days weekend that opens access to four games for a limited time. Game Pass Ultimate, Standard, and Core members get full access to two titles, while every Xbox account can try two additional games with two-hour timed trials. Dates run September 18 through September 21.
Free Play Days includes Synduality Echo of Ada and Matchpoint Tennis Championships for Game Pass members. Play window spans from Thursday, September 18, through Sunday, September 21. Limited-time discounts apply to some editions, while progress and achievements earned during the event will carry over.
Two additional titles are open to everyone with short trials. Ship of Fools and Townscaper can be tried with a two-hour timed trial without a Game Pass membership. Trial access gives a quick look at co-op roguelike action and sandbox building, depending on the title.
You can find and install each game on its store page at Xbox.com. Signing in to the Microsoft Store will reveal the install option tied to Game Pass memberships. On console, use the Subscriptions tab in the Xbox Store and scroll down to the Free Play Days collection to start downloading.
Purchases made during the event may appear at a discount in certain regions. Gamerscore and achievements earned during Free Play Days will remain tied to the account after purchase. Availability and discount percentages will vary by title and country.
