Blizzard confirmed Titan Reforged classic realms will launch exclusively in the CN region, where players can progress through Vanilla, Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King content on the same servers with a level cap of 80. Talents and skills will follow Wrath of the Lich King rules, and the team has adjusted raids, gear and sets around that cap.
The original blog post is a translated summary of an interview with Game Director Ion Hazzikostas and Associate Production Director Clay Stone. It includes a video of the discussion and additional context for the CN release.
Key changes aim to make progression across three expansions feel cohesive at level 80. Raids from Vanilla, TBC and WotLK will appear in a randomized order. All raid encounters, including 10-player content, are being retuned and balanced around 25-player groups, and there will be a single difficulty for each raid. Gear stats are reforged to match level 80, and class talents and skills use the WotLK framework.
Tier sets will include only 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses, with some set bonuses updated. Legendary weapons will keep their relevance across the entire course of the realms. One example cited by Blizzard is Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker, which remains useful even when facing The Lich King. A new currency, Emblems of Order, can be exchanged for reputation rewards and crafted gear.

This change mostly affects players outside CN who were hoping for a global rollout. If the Titan Reforged ruleset seems appealing, now is a good time to discuss which systems matter most – raid difficulty, legendary weapon progression, or the reforged gear model.
