Blizzard revealed the release date for the next expansion The War Within and it’s coming out on August 26, and we’re about to jump back into Azeroth for another epic adventure. Honestly, I can’t wait.

Alright, let’s talk about the Epic Edition. If you’re like me and can’t wait to get your hands on the new content, you can snag the Epic Edition and get early access starting August 22. It’s enough to get a head start on everyone else. Additionally, you will get some extras like the Algarian Stormrider mount and the Stormrider’s Attire Transmog set.

This expansion is just the tip of the iceberg, as it is kicking off the Worldsoul Saga, a trilogy that will dive deep into Azeroth’s lore. It’s about damn time we got some new stories to sink our teeth into, as the first season of content drops on September 10, with a new raid, Azj-Kahet. Prepare to take on the Nerubian forces and show them who the boss is.
For those who can’t wait to see what’s coming, the beta is live now, and you can access it if you purchase the Epic Edition. With the new level cap set at 80, there will be a ton of new abilities and talents to mess around with.
The War Within seems like it’s going to be one of the best expansions we’ve seen in a while. But let’s be honest… how many times have we actually said this in the past? I mean, time will tell… definitely.
