The WoW PTR Update is now available for everyone who wants to experience the pre-patch introduced with Shadowlands, even to those who do not have an active WoW subscription.
Players will be able to do that by copying their existing characters on the PTR, rather than creating a new standalone character. This will unlock the content alongside numerous events steady to drive us into Shadowlands, such as the level squish timeline, etc.
As noticed, the PTR is available to everyone, which can be downloaded Through Blizzard’s Launcher. Check the image below:
Once that is selected, you will be able to download the contents to a specific directory, which will allow you to start the PTR client afterward. Once you launch the game, you will be able to choose from a couple of serves, and then transfer your account data from the LIVE game to the Public Test Realm.
