Uncharted, the action-adventure game series developed by Naughty Dog are most likely to be revitalized soon. Earlier today, Uncharted Collection PC was leaked on one of the most popular imageboard websites, 4chan, which has later traversed to one of the popular gaming forums, ResetEra. According to the leak, the new Uncharted collection contains all five games from the franchise.
The upcoming Uncharted PC announcement is supposed to arrive on September 6, 10 am, while the collection is supposed to launch in December. It misses a time zone, so that might vary. The image also reveals the promotion pitch as “The Naughty Dog PC collection.” If you believe this is a montage or anything, you might be mistaken. If you inspect the picture better, Nixxes, the development studio acquired by Sony to help them exclusively with PC ports, is also included in the bottom right of the image.
Nevertheless, details are scant, and nothing has been officially confirmed yet. If this is true, Sony would indeed reveal the Uncharted PC collection on September 6, which is in five days from the time of this writing. If we try and fish for other proofs to clinch this announcement as truth, we could turn our eyes to Nixxes. Nixxes joined the PlayStation family on July 1st to help the company reach its goals on the PC platform, which somewhat solidifies this leak.
After Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone PC ports, it’s quite obvious that PlayStation wants to expand its reach on the PC platform. But, we’ll still have to wait for Sony’s official confirmation.
