Ubisoft’s Project U: Closed PC Test Registration Open

Ubisoft has announced a closed test for its new game, Project U, exclusively for PC players. The test begins on February 1st at 4 PM CET and will conclude on February 6th at 9 AM CET. Interested participants must register by January 25th, 2 PM CET, to be considered. This session-based cooperative shooter game challenges players to fend off machine enemies.

Additionally, a select few who register may also be invited to join a brief technical test, lasting between 1-2 hours, before the main closed test. More details about this can be found on Ubisoft’s official website for Project U.

The closed test is available to players in various countries, including the United States, UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Poland. Those chosen for the test can invite up to five friends through Ubisoft Connect to join them in the game.

Participants should know that the closed test is subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), meaning no gameplay or other content can be publicly shared. However, leaks are not uncommon in such situations.

Project U began its development journey under Pathfinder and was officially announced last year. However, Ubisoft has yet to reveal extensive gameplay details, a release date, or confirm which platforms the game will be available on aside from PC. Gamers are advised to stay tuned for further updates.
