Ubisoft has delighted fans with the revelation of the first official gameplay footage for the upcoming title in the popular open-world racing franchise, The Crew Motorfest. Slated for release on September 14, players who purchase the game’s Gold or Ultimate editions will gain three days of early access. A closed beta is also in the pipeline, scheduled for July 21-23.
The latest iteration of The Crew series was announced in January and is setting the stage to bring a diverse assortment of cars from various eras – past, present, and future. A notable perk for players who pre-order The Crew Motorfest is the Toyota GR Supra 2021 LBWK Edition, available to unlock at launch.
The Crew, the original title in this engaging series, launched in 2014, while its successor, The Crew 2, hit the shelves in 2018. Ubisoft has amassed an impressive player base over the years, with over 30 million players since the series’ inception, as reported in June 2021.
Motorfest is expected to ride this wave of success when it launches for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC via the Ubisoft and Epic Games stores later this year.
