Turtle Rock Studios is going to develop a new co-op zombie shooter Back 4 Blood

Turtle Rock Studios tends to rebuild its credit by returning to their old style of game development. According to gaming industry mainstream, Turtle Rock Studios will get back to the co-op zombie shooter, Back 4 Blood 4. It is nothing strange to see a developer of this caliber aim for the most designated spot.

Back in the days, Valve had such an exceptional success with Left 4 Dead. Now, Turtle Rock Studios is against the same AI Zombie meta, with an enhanced co-op feature and an improved sequel in general. Rewinding the power achieved in 2009 surely puts the co-op back as the main focus,

So far, we know nothing except the fact that it will include a campaign, in which players will immerse and upgrade based on their main game progress. According to our colleagues at GameRant, Back Blood 4 will include a variety of next level mechanics, offering exceptional gameplay.

Unfortunately, details on Back 4 Blood and what exactly it will entail are scarce beyond the fact that it is a co-op zombie shooter with a campaign and PvP elements. Warner Bros. claims the game will “advance the co-op zombie genre forward with innovative multiplayer gameplay,” but it remains to be seen what kind of innovations the game will have.

The project is being accompanied by Warner Bros, which task will be to input a strong enthusiasm to the game. The game itself has most likely been into development for some time now, and even though is missing a logo, it is expected to surprise the majority of players who love this kind of genre.

Back 4 Blood will also be developed on the next-gen consoles, which in theory means it will need some time to be fully developed. It is better than just rushing into oblivion. After doing the math, it is common sense to first see an announcement of the next-gen consoles and then expect the release of Back 4 Blood.

In general, Turtle Rock still hasn’t announced anything useful or exciting about their takedown on the new co-op zombie adventure. We’ll have to wait a bit longer to see exactly what Turtle Rock Studios is up to.
