The Winter Festival is an opportunity for players to earn some fantastic loot and for everyone involved to connect over shared experiences within The First Descendant universe, whether through lively discussions about strategies or simply enjoying each other’s company online while tackling challenges together.
The developer has announced that the event will occur after the 12/5 (Thu) update. There will be four in-game Events and two web Events. Please find the details below, and have a great Winter Festival.
After the 12/5 (Thu) update, you can check details of the in-game Events by visiting the Game Menu (ESC) > “Events” on the right after logging into the game.

In-Game Events
■ (In-game) Festival Beginning Login Event
– Event Period: After the 12.05.2024 (Thu) update – 01.01.2025 (Wed) 22:59 PST
– Event Content: You will receive the “Festival Light” title in your mail when you log in during this event period.
■ (In-game) Descendant’s Year-end Celebration
– Event Period: After PST 12.05.2024 (Thu) update – 01.01.2025 (Wed) 22:59
– Event Content: Complete challenges each week to Get customization rewards.
■ (In-game) Winter Festival Attendance Check
– Event Period: After the 12.05.2024 (Thu) update – 01.08.2025 (Wed) 22:59 PST
– Event Content: Depending on your login days, earn rewards like Descendants and Character Skins.
- You’ll immediately receive all items included when claiming packages from your Mailbox.
- A special token for exchanges becomes available on day fourteen of this event.
- If you already own certain items, keep an eye out for alternative exchanges to avoid duplicates.
■ (In-game) Anais’ Token Exchange Shop
– Event Period: After the 12.05.2024 (Thu) update – Until Season 2 ends PST
– Event Content: The tokens earned from earlier events can purchase unique skins or characters!

– Date : After updating on December 5th until January 15th, with rewards claimable till January 22nd!
