The Elder Scrolls Online fixes the issues in the free play event for Xbox and PlayStation Users

Hi all, we are following up regarding a reported issue where ESO or the Free Play Event were not accessible for Xbox and PlayStation console players. We have identified the issue and deployed a hotfix to resolve the issue blocking players for accessing the game or the Free Play Event.
