The Elder Scrolls Online fixes the issues in the free play event for Xbox and PlayStation Users

Recently, The Elder Scrolls Online players on Xbox and PlayStation have had trouble attempting to access the game, which has put the developers close on their feet in trying to revitalize whatever’s been broken.

This issue was reported by players, saying that attempts to log in ESO or get in the free play event were mostly failure, and after an investigation, the developers have actually identified the root cause.

Just now, the devs have confirmed that there is an update for those who couldn’t access ESO or the Free Play event on Xbox and PlayStation consoles, and the official statement mentions this:

Hi all, we are following up regarding a reported issue where ESO or the Free Play Event were not accessible for Xbox and PlayStation console players. We have identified the issue and deployed a hotfix to resolve the issue blocking players for accessing the game or the Free Play Event. Those impacted players are now able to try again to log in and participate in the event. Thanks all and enjoy Tamriel!
