Ubisoft’s upcoming open-world racing game, The Crew 2, is about to expand a piece of its territories to all the players. Throughout a closed beta, players may involve into an early phase of the game’s development, experiencing the setup it currently offers. The Crew 2’s closed beta version will begin later this month, on May 31.

To participate the closed beta, you will need to register through The Crew 2’s official Ubisoft’s website. Everyone can register, but not everyone will receive a closed beta key. As Ubisoft stated, it will be a completely randomized selection. As always, Twitch streamers have their benefits when it comes down to marketing, and Ubisoft allows live streaming over the course of this closed beta phase.

The Crew 2’s closed beta event will last until June 3. A pre-load build of the game will become available on May 29th, and it is suggested for players to get the build as soon as it becomes ready. The closed beta will be available on Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4, and will include all the languages supported by the final game, as well as audio and subtitles.

Even if the game offers work-in-progress content, it will still allow players to explore the whole open-world in Freedrive. The current stage of the game is missing further info on minimum and recommended PC system requirements, so it will be a little tricky on whether or not should you ask for a key.

Last but not least, the achieved progress over this closed beta won’t be transferred to the final version of the game.
