The Best 11 Games For 2016

Already into the second week of the release, EA and DICE’s Battlefield 1 is on the top of the selling UK charts. The sales did not drop off like they did for Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 in their second week, according to Chart-Track. Who is going to take the top of the best games for 2016?

Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition made the debut at #2. Sales of the upgraded version of Skyrim were strong. Regardless of the fact that it’s not being able to claim the top spot sales of the now upgraded Skyrim were strong. According to the sales monitor Chart-Track, the game has the second-best debut week sales in the Elder Scrolls series, being behind Skyrim.

EA’s Titanfall 2 reached #4 in the first week on sale. The first game from the series debuted at #1, but the follow-up has not been able to replicate this performance, regardless of being available for more platforms than the original. Our question about this game is: Did EA make a mistake with the release date of Titanfall 2 after Battlefield 1 and before COD Infinite warfare? They did their best? Who knows…

The other entries for the ending week of October are Farming Simulator 17, which arrived at #5 and Dragon ball Xenoverse 2 at #7. World of Final Fantasy is not placed in the top ten, thus finishing the week at #11. It’s going to be a nice run among the big names and a big fight for taking the top spot of the best games for 2016.

You can see the full list of the best 11 games. This table does not include digital sales data, and should not be considered to be representative of all UK game sales.
