As the year draws to a close, Bandai Namco is ready to release a free demo for their upcoming game, Tekken 8. The demo, part of the lead-up to the game’s highly anticipated release in 2024, is scheduled to be available on different platforms on two separate dates.
For PlayStation 5 users, the Tekken 8 demo will be available starting December 14. Xbox Series X/S and PC gamers will have access to the demo a week later, on December 21. This staggered release approach is expected to generate excitement among the gaming community across different platforms.
The Tekken 8 demo will include the first chapter of the game’s story mode, titled “The Dark Awakens.” This chapter will offer players a taste of the game’s narrative and character dynamics. Additionally, the demo will feature a local versus fighting mode, allowing players to compete against each other, a staple feature that has been a part of the Tekken series since its inception.
