If you’ve ever dreamed of seeing your favorite anime characters pop up in a mobile game, get ready for major news. The world of Summoners War is set to collide with the popular anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and it’s happening sooner than you think!

Com2uS has kicked off 2025 with a bang, announcing that this epic collaboration will officially launch on January 9. It’s hard to believe we’ve been enjoying this game together for over a decade! Your support has fueled their creativity, and they’re gearing up for another memorable year filled with fascinating content.

The collaboration isn’t just about slapping some character skins into the game; it’s all about bringing the heart of Demon Slayer into Summoners War. Five iconic characters, Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Inosuke Hashibira, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Gyomei Himejima, will be making their grand entrance. Each one promises to bring their unique flair and skills into the battlefield.

If you’re wondering how these characters stack up against each other regarding gameplay mechanics, you’ll be pleased to know that Tanjiro’s skills are designed with active playstyles in mind. Imagine those intense action scenes from the anime translated into dynamic battles where you control every swing of his sword! And then there’s Zenitsu, a character who channels everything into one powerful attack while using passive abilities. Talk about a mix!

This collaboration goes beyond just new characters; it introduces special events and minigames that reflect training sessions from the anime itself. Picture yourself dodging obstacles as Tanjiro or jumping platforms as Zenitsu, each minigame designed not only for fun but also to test your reflexes!

  • Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Collaboration Begins January 9, 2025 PST!
  • Demon Slayer Characters:
    • Tanjiro Kamado – Nat 4 or Nat 5 Character based on Attributes.
    • Nezuko Kamado – Nat 4 or Nat 5 Character based on Attributes.
    • Inosuke Hashibira – Nat 4 or Nat 5 Character based on Attributes.
    • Zenitsu Agatsuma – Nat 4 or Nat 5 Character based on Attributes.
    • Gyomei Himejima – Exclusive Nat 5 Wind Attribute available through events!
  • Sneak Peek at Skills:
    • Tanjiro features full active skills capturing his intensity from the anime.
    • Zenitsu combines fewer active skills with strategic passives for explosive moments.
  • Select Collab Characters:
    • You can use collab characters in battle during specific events like “Hashira Training.”

Pondering over strategies? You won’t want to miss out on special loot rewards tied directly to each stage cleared within event dungeons. Plus, you’ll have access to awesome voiceovers straight from the anime—like hearing Tanjiro shout his iconic lines while battling enemies! Pretty cool if you ask me!

The excitement doesn’t stop there; daily login bonuses will be waiting for you throughout this event period too. So whether you’re an old-timer who knows every monster by name or someone who’s just picked up Summoners War, there’s something here for everyone!

If you’ve got thoughts swirling around regarding what strategies you’ll try first or which character you’re most excited about, drop them below! Until next time, see you around! Angel out.
