As expected, the PS4 exclusive, Ghost of Tsushima is booming on the UK charts, with a strong debut for the last week. An announcement that it may hold the top spot in the UK charts for a while, knowing that it didn’t have a substantial impact such as The Last of Us Part 2. Hence, sales are expected to prolong due to its remarkable look. Sucker Punch’s open-world is on the rise, as Ghost of Tsushima is arguably the best looking game, at least for my personal view.
According to Gfk via GamesIndustry, the last physical sales seem to have noted Ghost of Tsushima’s strong debut with launch sales four times larger than Paper Mario: The Origami King (currently the second title in the UK Sales charts).
Currently, the third place belongs to F1 2020, the new and renovated formula racing game developed by Codemasters, which is noted to have become a simulator rather than just the ordinary title we used to know. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is at number 4 with the Last Of Us Part 2 following after on position 5. These titles are most likely to stay at the top
