Valve is celebrating a new milestone. On Thursday, Valve revealed that its handheld gaming device, Steam Deck, including some of its accessories, is now available without reservation. The device can be purchased from the official website, and Valve assures it will be shipped to your address just like that.

For those unfamiliar with it, Steam Deck is supposed to run games on a different operating system, even if considered a portable PC gaming device. It has a new and improved version of SteamOS, and it comes with Proton, which allows games to run without any additional effort or porting set by developers. Proton is here to ensure game compatibility does not become an issue and provide anti-cheat solutions by working directly with vendors.
