Star Wars: Squadrons, 5v5 Multiplayer Fighter in Need of Pilots – Official Reveal Trailer

EA Games has just revealed Star Wars: Squadrons. EA is taking layers to the very best known Star Wars Universe, with a different objective. This time, soldiers are not needed, but Pilots are. With unique gameplay featuring 5v5 squadron battles, this is supposed to be an exciting multiplayer title.

Furthermore, Star Wars: Squadrons will include a single-player campaign aside from the faction-based 5v5 multiplayer. Players will be able to fight for the New Republic or the Galactic Empire, while also settle on a single-player campaign and enjoy the flight.

As EA would say, a game for the real fans of Star Wars:

We created this game for every Star Wars fan who has ever dreamt about soaring across the galaxy in their favorite starfighter.

Buckle up, take full control of starfighters such as the X-wing and TIE fighter, and feel the adrenaline of strategic first-person 5v5 multiplayer dogfights alongside your squadron. In a fateful campaign set near the conclusion of the Galactic Civil War, learn what it means to be a pilot in a thrilling STAR WARS™ single-player story. The New Republic fights for freedom. The Empire demands order.

Last but not least, the game has received a release date. For best marketing purposes, in practice, once games are revealed, a release time span of 6 months is due. That theory proves the release date of Star Wars: Squadrons, which is October 2, 2020, on PC, Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and OriginPC. The game will have cross-play support, allowing console and PC players to meet each other.

Furthermore, there will be more details about the game on June 18 during the EA Play event.
