A trailer has surfaced online for the second story DLC of Star Wars Outlaws, titled A Pirate’s Fortune. This leak comes ahead of its official debut at the upcoming Star Wars Celebration event, giving fans an early glimpse into what to expect.
The unlisted trailer, which was briefly available before Ubisoft took it down, confirms that the DLC will launch on May 15. Fortunately, a user from Resetera has shared it on Streamable.
The video describes an adventurous storyline: “Embark on a mysterious adventure with Kay and Nix to look at the Khepi system and learn what it takes to be a true leader.” Players will team up with legendary pirate Hondo Ohnaka as they face off against Stinger Tash and her Rokana Raiders while infiltrating the Khepi Tomb in search of secrets and treasures. Along their journey, players will encounter the Miyuki Trade League, offering new rewards for smuggling goods across the galaxy.
As part of this update accompanying A Pirate’s Fortune, all players will receive cosmetic items inspired by Star Wars: Skeleton Crew. This includes an outfit for Nix, a Trophy for your speeder, and Trinkets for your speeder and Trailblazer. After downloading and installing the update, these gifts will appear in your delivery crate.

Today, a demo version of Star Wars Outlaws was also released. It provides players with “up to three hours of gameplay” but does not allow save file transfers.
A Pirate’s Fortune marks the second expansion for this game; its predecessor, Wild Card, was launched in November last year. In this first installment, protagonist Kay navigated a high-stakes Sabacc tournament alongside Lando Calrissian.
Star Wars Outlaws, which debuted last year amid reports of sales being softer than expected from Ubisoft’s perspective, continues to receive updates to resolve player concerns. Among these updates is a notable change involving stealth mechanics being removed from “almost all quest objectives.”
This month, Ubisoft also confirmed plans to bring Star Wars Outlaws to the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.
