Stalcraft: X Shares Creepy Bucephalus Campfire Rumour

Stalcraft: X posted a short, spooky rumour on its Steam news page that brings a stalker called Bucephalus back into the conversation. The entry foregrounds atmosphere with a single image from the Zone and a block of whispered dialogue that reads like a campfire story.

The note opens with a line about a man nicknamed Bucephalus and then leans into paranoia. A quoted passage in the post says: “I’ve heard there’s a guy named Bucephalus. Do you know why? He’s afraid of his own shadow. Seriously!” That short quote carries the post’s creepy punch.

Stalkers and campfire rumours get attention here because they flesh out the Zone without adding mechanics or updates. The text mentions wandering at night and hiding from streetlights, details that align with Stalcraft: X lore and the community’s affinity for oddball characters.

Discuss the Bucephalus rumour in the comments and follow along on X and Bluesky.
