A Legion Remix speedrun reached level 80 in three minutes and 50 seconds using a coordinated routing and recent XP bonuses.
The runner began by collecting their artifact weapon and enabling Heroic World Tier, which then granted a teleport to Shield’s Rest in Stormheim. After arriving, the runner used a rapid loop of kills and travel to stack XP as quickly as possible. Key parts of the route included enabling Flight Style: Steady to move between areas quickly while teammates killed grouped enemies known as Tormented Skysunders. The run leverages the 30 percent XP bonus added recently on top of optimized routing.
Speedrunners also used shard hopping to avoid respawn downtime. After clearing mobs on one shard the runner would be kicked or removed from the party, then join another party on a fresh shard where the same mobs were alive again. That reduces waiting for spawns to return and keeps XP gain continuous.
Why it might get faster
Players report that new Legion Infernals that fall from the sky are also providing very large XP gains. Several reports say only a handful of infernals can push a character to 80 when combined with modest XP bonuses. That suggests the 3:50 mark may not be the final record.
Earlier Legion Remix attempts produced longer times, including multi-player seven minute runs and smaller teams hitting times around six and a half minutes. This newest run applies the same core methods but with tighter routing and the recent XP buff to reach a new peak.
