Minimums require an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 460 with an Intel Core i5 6600K or AMD Ryzen 3 3100 and 8GB of RAM. Medium and recommended levels jump to cards like the RTX 2060 and RTX 3060 respectively.

The minimum requirements are approachable for many existing PCs, and the article points readers to graphics-buying advice. There is an explicit note from developer Full Circle that “Avg. performance estimates of recommended & ultra presets include use of optional upscaling at balanced settings.” Nvidia DLSS support is not present at the early access launch, so the upscaling referred to is likely AMD FSR or Intel XeSS. The difference matters because optional upscalers can change perceived quality and frame rates.
Platform support is narrow. Neither Linux nor macOS are listed, which has consequences for Skate on the Steam Deck and any SteamOS setups, and the publisher listing of EA anti-cheat suggests why.
