WayForward has announced the continuation of the Shantae series. All of that found within Shantae 5, its availability will be spread across multiple platforms such as PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
Apple Arcade has already discovered this within a tweet, confirming that it will be available on their upcoming subscription service, Apple Arcade. The official announcement tweet can be found below:

Even if there are no solid confirmations and further details, WayForward is already exposed to be working on it. The development is underway, and the game is expected to release during this year.
